I have years of experience working with graphics and programming. I worked in the prepress department at Mossberg & Company starting in 1998. After honing my prepress skillset for 10 years, I made the risky decision to strike out on my own in 2009. Within a few months, my previous employer contacted me with a potential opportunity with their Pageflex program. I took on this contract work and met the challenge, learning by doing. Turns out, this is just what I needed. My new Pageflex challenge included prepress work, but with additional programming and workflow challenges to build on. I enjoy the Pageflex work and often refer to it as "prepress on steroids". I have since gained 2 additional Pageflex customers that utilize the skillsets that I have built. Working with their IT and prepress teams, we're always learning and creating new solutions to meet the ongoing custom requests of our customers. Additionally, HH Global recognized that I could be helpful as a production artist in times of heavy workloads. Working with their studio team has been a pleasure and also reminds me that I always have more to learn, even as a production artist. I pride myself in being a team player and am always respectfully gleaning from other team members to improve my skillset. I still have capacity and could make a valuable member to your team.
